Yaay~ Kanyakumari's actually a town, and there were little to no references on information about it! So I salvaged what I could find that could possibly be true from Wikipedia. The skintone is from an actual indian woman's skintone [i eyedropped the pixels] and the dress is from a picture of a bunch of the townsfolk; I simply loved the dress one of the lady's were wearing!
